The Village of Patchogue recently partnered with Suffolk County to complete a full revision and update to its official zoning map. The last map update was over 25 years ago. The zoning map is a critical planning tool for municipalities and developers. It delineates the areas where certain types of development, for example residential, commercial, industrial etc., can be located within the Village. Firm Partner Brian T. Egan, who serves as the Village Attorney for Patchogue, guided the revision and advised the Mayor and Board of Trustees on its official adoption.
