Mr. Roe was asked to discuss issues of estate planning and business succession. The CPAs earned credits for attending Mr. Roe's lecture as part of their continuing education requirements. Mr Roe is a recognized leader in the field of elder law and has chaired many bar association groups related to the probate of estates and estate planning.
John J. Roe, III, Esq. is an alumni of the Phillips Academy Andover and was graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia.
