Firm partner Brian T. Egan was invited by the Nassau County Bar Association’s Academy of Law to lecture to its members on the Process and Procedure of Receivers. The class is mandated by the New York State Office of Court Administration to qualify for being officially listed for eligibility for appointment on the Court’s Part 36 Fiduciary List. Mr Egan has been appointed by the Supreme Court to serve in a variety of complex business and real estate receiverships and is frequently called upon to lecture and advise on their use and appointment.
