Brian T. Egan, Esq. was graduated from Misericordia University and received his law degree from St. John's University School of Law. During law school he was elected an Articles and Notes Editor of the American Bankruptcy Law Review, and also was recipient of the prestigious Joseph Bernfeld Award from the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum. During law school he clerked with the Hon. William L. Underwood, Jr., a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, and thereafter entered private practice.  Full Profile
