Egan & Golden, LLP is experienced in performing legal services for individuals for the planning and preparation of estates, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and the related administration and accounting therewith.

Our attorneys are ably assisted in the trusts and estates area by Kathleen K. Gerdts, a trusts and estates paralegal who has been working on the probate and settlement of clients' estates since 1969. Ms. Gerdts received her B.A. from SUNY Cortland, New York and her Paralegal Certificate in Estates and Trusts from Adelphi University. She was employed at S.D. Leidesdorf in New York City before becoming an employee of Egan & Golden, LLP. She continues her education by attending PLI seminars on a regular basis.
