Erin B. Kowtna, Esq. - Associate

Erin B. Kowtna, Esq. received her undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law from the State University of New York—Binghamton in 2003. She received her law degree from Widener University School of Law, where she participated in oral advocacy programs such as Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and Moot Court competitions.

During law school she interned with the Nassau and Suffolk County District Attorney’s Offices where she assisted misdemeanor and felony prosecutions and the Dauphin County (PA) Public Defender’s Office where she represented numerous clients in the Juvenile Division and prepared a Death Penalty Appeal. She also has interned in the Nassau County Courts.

She is admitted to the bar of the State of New York.
