Michael P. Gippetti, Esq. - Associate

Michael P. Gippetti, Esq., received his B.S., cum laude, in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta. In 2009, he received his law degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School. In addition to graduating with honors, Michael received American Jurisprudence Awards for receiving the highest grade in his Legal Writing I, Legal Writing II, Property, Federal Income Taxation and Securities Regulation classes.

During law school, Michael completed a clerkship at the New York Stock Exchange – Office of the Hearing Board. Working directly under the Chief Hearing Officer, Michael participated in disciplinary hearings involving violations of NYSE rules and federal securities laws by NYSE members, member firms and employees of member firms. He served as a Research Assistant for a prominent professor while in law school, and has also interned at several private law firms where he gained extensive litigation experience.

Michael is admitted to the bar of the State of New York.
